The wake will be held at 7 Jalan Limau Kasturi, Bangsar Park, 59000 Kuala Lumpur from 8 pm daily 25 - 29 October 2016.

Memorial will be held at the above address at 10 am on Sunday, 30 October 2016, followed by cremation at Gui Yuan Crematorium, Jalan 229, Seksyen 51A, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor at 11 am.
