The wake service is at residence No 41, Jalan Tokai, Simpang Empat, 06650, Alor Setar, Kedah from 2nd April 2026 till 6th April 2026.


Funeral service will be held at the same venue on 6th April 2026 at 10.00am and thereafter cortege leaves to Prestavest Memorial Park at Kebun 500 in Pokok Sena, Kedah for cremation.
