passed away peacefully on 19th August 2016.
She was aged 85.
Mdm Leelavathy is survived by her children Vasundra Devi (ex-Govt. Servants’ Co-op Society, Ipoh), Thavamany, Jaya Pushani (ex-ELTC, Malaysia), Velupillai (ex-Principal, SMK Sg Pari, Ipoh), Ponmalar, Anandarajah Mohd. Hezry (EPF, Ipoh) and their spouses, her grandchildren, Shiva Prakash, Shiva Shobitha and their spouses, Suthesh Prasanth, Sashvin Kumar, Kevinash Prem and Mohd. Alif, sisters Rukumani and Indrani, nieces and nephews.
She was pre-deceased by her beloved husband,
T. Ponnudurai, PLP, ex-Chief Clerk, Ipoh General Hospital.
The Anthiyesty Ceremony will be held at her home: 31, Regat Kuala Kangsar, Taman Sin Lok, 30010 Ipoh on Sunday 18 September 2016 between 10.30a.m. and 12.30 noon.
