Passed away peacefully on 27th September 2017
Deeply mourned by wife, children, relatives
and friends.
We, the family wish to express our heartfelt appreciation and
gratitude to all our relatives and friends for their kind attendance,
contributions, prayers, condolence messages, floral tributes and invaluable support rendered during our time of bereavement.
The 31st day prayers will be held on Friday, 27th October 2017 at 10.00am and followed by lunch at our residence No. 5, Lorong Jentayu 6, Taman Banting Jaya, Jalan Morib, Banting Kuala Langat, Selangor from 12.30pm onwards.
