Passed away peacefully on 14th May 2017

on Saturday, 24th June 2017 at 5.30pm to be
held at our family home in Puchong, Selangor.
We wish to express our heartfelt thanks and deepest appreciation to all Relatives, Friends and Prayer groups from near and far for your love, support, prayers, contributions, message of condolences and kind attendance and invaluable assistance rendered during our recent bereavement.
Special thank you to Fr Andrew Wong, Fr Albet Arokiasamy, Fr Jude Mirinda & Fr Stephen Liew and the staff and nurses of Sultanah Aminah Hospital, Johore Bharu.
