We wish to express our heartfelt thanks and sincere appreciation to all relatives and friends for their care, support, messages of condolences, prayers, floral tributes, kind attendance and invaluable assistance rendered during our recent bereavement.
A special note of thanks to all the doctors who took care of him during his stay in Columbia Asia Hospital Taiping especially Dato’ Dr. Periyathamby A/L Sinnathamby, Dr. Lee Chee Hong, Dr. Lam Kean Hoong, Dr. Mohd Nazir Bin Md Salleh and Dr. Faiz Azraai Bin Abdul Aziz.
Not forgetting the kind and caring staff of the ICU, Medical Wards and the Physiotherapy unit especially Cik Nurul Syamilah Bte Syed Ahmad Shah for the emphaty and love shown during his admissions there. We also thank Dr. Ang Soo Fan (Oncologist) and Dr. Murugan Periasamy (Thoracic Surgeon) of Adventist Hospital, Penang for the care given.
The 31st day ceremony will be held on the 8/04/2021 between 10.00am to 1.00pm followed by lunch thereafter at:- 613, Jalan Taman Pertama 15, 34000 Taiping, Perak.
