Athma Shanti Prayers will be held on Wednesday 23 October 2019 at 7.00 pm at 43 Jalan 6, Ampang Jaya, 68000 Ampang, Selangor. Leaving residence on the 24th October 2019 at 3am for final rites at Templer’s Park, Rawang followed by prayers at 12pm and lunch at 1pm at the above residence

We wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to Orthopedic Oncology Dept HKL, Cardio Thoracic Team and the Emergency Department of HKL for their excellent care; relatives, friends, for their prayers, presence, support, and contribution, Heaven Funeral Care for their impeccable support during our recent bereavement.
