The 16th day Athma Shanti prayers will be held on Monday, 13th May, 2019 @ 7.30pm at our residence: No 32, Jalan Tasik Prima 4/5, Taman Tasik Prima, Puchong, Selangor followed by final rites on Tuesday, 14th May, 2019 @ 4am at 1st Mile, Jalan Pantai, Port Dickson and thence to a lunch at our residence at 12pm.

Our family wish to express our heartfelt and sincere appreciation to all relatives and friends for their presence, condolences, wreath and support during our loving mother’s bereavement.

 

Deeply missed by son, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, relatives & friends.
