passed away peacefully leaving behind her mother, Patricia Chapman,

her brother Malcolm George William Chapman and extended family in

Kuala Lumpur, Kuching and the United Kingdom.

The wake is at the Paul Miki Room at the Church of St. Francis Xavier,

Jalan Gasing, Petaling Jaya on Sunday 17 May 2020

between 11.00 am - 4.30 pm

There is a private prayer session between 3.00 pm - 3.30 pm

The wake continues on Monday 18 May 2020 from

1030 am - 1.00 pm,

followed by a funeral mass at 2.00 pm at the

Church of St. Francis Xavier. Thereafter, burial will be at

Bliss Gardens, Jalan Setia Makmur U14/49, Section U14, Shah Alam.

Floral tributes can be sent to the Church of St. Francis Xavier before

Monday 18 May 2020. Monetary contributions may be sent to

Maybank account number 164397933755. These will be channelled to Karen's preferred charities and programmes.
