Wake will be held at Peris residence in Petaling Jaya, prayers at 8.30pm on 30th, 31st August & 1st September 2019. Cortege will leave at 10am for funeral mass at Assumption Church, Petaling Jaya at 10.30am on Monday, 2nd September 2019 thereafter for cremation at MBPJ Crematorium, Jalan 229, Section 51A, Petaling Jaya.
