In Loving Memory of a Remarkable Life

At 94, our beloved father passed away peacefully leaving behind

a life that was rich in purpose, service, love and family. To the

world he was a pioneer oncologist who dedicated years of his life

to medicine and his patients. He served the government with

distinction until retirement and continued caring for patients in

private practice until he was 87. His contributions to oncology

in Malaysia will be remembered by the many patients he treated,

the colleagues he inspired and the generations of doctors who

followed.

To us, he was a devoted husband and a wonderful father. Together

with our mother, Madam Manjit Kaur, he built a family that

became his greatest source of pride and happiness. He leaves

behind 4 children, 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren

– a family that is a living testament to the love and values he

believed in.

A prominent and respected member of the Sikh community,

he served with humility and generosity and made a lasting

contribution to the community he held dear. He also embraced

life with remarkable zest. Taking up golf at the age of 70, he

continued playing well into his later years – a fitting reflection of

his energy, curiosity and determination to keep enjoying life. He

served with compassion, lived with dignity, loved generously and

left an enduring legacy in the many lives he touched.

He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered and forever

cherished. May his soul rest in eternal peace. Waheguru Ji Ka
