With profound sorrow and deep sadness,
we announce the passing of
Tan Sri Dato Seri V.Jeyaratnam, a distinguished criminal lawyer, the longest serving chairman of Perak Turf Club, and a devoted chairman of Yayasan Sultan Idris Shah-a foundation dedicated to supporting the less able.
He was a loving father, cherished by his family, and remembered for his unwavering kindness, warmth, and service to the community. His legacy of honor, service, and love will guide us forever.
He is survived by:

And a vast circle of business associates, relatives and friends to mourn his loss.
Wake Prayers held on Friday, 5 June 2026; 8.45pm at Catholic Church of St. Michael (24 Jalan Gereja, 30300 Ipoh, Perak)
Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, 6 June 2026 at 1pm.
