Visitation from 5pm on Sunday, 30th November 2025, followed by the wake at 8pm at 4 Jalan SS4C/14, Kelana Jaya, 47301 Petaling Jaya.

The funeral is to be held at the St Thomas Church, Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur at 11:00am on Monday, 1st December 2025 followed by cremation at MBPJ Crematorium.
