The memorial service will be held at Nirvana Shah Alam, Gratitude Hall, Room S03, Taman Perkuburan, Jalan Pusaka 21/1, Off, Persiaran Jubli Perak, Section 21, 40300 Shah Alam, Selangor on Friday, 11 October & Saturday, 12 October 2024 at 8:15pm-9:15pm.


 Funeral service on Sunday, 13 October 2024 at 12noon. Thence cortege will leave for cremation at Nirvana crematorium, Shah Alam.
