Wake Service will be held at No. 20, Jalan SS1/31, Kampung Tunku, 

47300 Petaling Jaya on 2nd and 3rd January 2017 at 8.30pm.

Funeral Service will be held at the same venue on 

4th January 2017 at 10.00am,  thereafter cortege will leave for cremation at MBPJ Crematorium, Jalan 229, Section 51A, Petaling Jaya.
