47130, Puchong, Selangor. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, 23rd May 2022, Time: 10.00am

Venue: Church of Our Lady Of Guadalupe, 

Jalan Industri PBP 1/2, Taman Industri, 47100, Puchong, Selangor.

Thereafter, cortege will leave for cremation at 

MPSJ Crematorium, Puchong Bandar Puchong Utama, 47100, Selangor.
