Funeral service will be held at No. 1337, Jalan Seksyen 17/48, 46400 Petaling Jaya on Thursday, 3rd Nov 2016 at 11.30am and thereafter cortege leaves for cremation to MBPJ Crematorium, Kg Tunku, Petaling Jaya.
