A Thanksgiving Wake Service will be held at 8.00pm on 17 December 2021 at No 42, Jalan 48, Desa Jaya, Kepong 52100 KL (Home). (Zoom Meeting ID: 89426535311 - Passcode: 786515)

 

The Homegoing Service will be held at 1.00pm on 18 December 2021 at St. James Church, 243, Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah (Jalan Ipoh), KL (Church). (Zoom Meeting ID: 86001625535 - Passcode: 921041)Thereafter, the cortege will proceed for burial at the Rawang Memorial Park.

 

The Thanksgiving Wake Service and Homegoing Service is strictly limited to immediate family members. For relatives and friends who wish to pay their respects, you may do so at the following times:

 

• On 17 December 2021: At Home between 4.00pm and

6.30pm only.

• On 18 December 2021: At the Church between 10.00am and 12.00pm only.

 

SOP requirements will be strictly adhered to at all times. Your co-operation and understanding is deeply appreciated.
