Wake service held on Sun, 5 th & Mon, 6 th Sept 2021 at No.78, Persiaran Pakatan Jaya 12, Pakatan Jaya, 31150 Ipoh Perak.
Funeral service will be held on Tues, 7 th Sept 2021, 10.30am at
OMPH Catholic Church (St Joseph’s Chapel).

Thence cortege leaves for cremation at Bercham Kek Look Seah Crematorium.
