  Former School Captain & Hutchings Scholar at Penang Free School & alumni of the
  King Edward VII Medical School in Singapore.
  
  He was consultant anaesthetist at General Hospital in Kuala Lumpur, Kuantan, Melaka & Seremban. He was also honorary Medical Superintendent of NS Chinese Maternity Hospital.
