Our beloved mom, Alice Fam Soo Meng, returned to Jesus on Feb 1, 2021 at age 72.

Alice was born to the late Fam Wee Tuck and Yap Chun Moi on September 29, 1948 in Bahau, Negeri Sembilan subsequently grew up in Melaka. 

She was blessed with a large family with the total of nine brothers and a sister.  As a child, she excelled in school and graduated from Methodist Girls School in 1964. She worked as a teacher throughout her career.

Alice met her husband, late Cheong Lin Kee in 1974. They married in December the same year and went on to have four children. 

Alice was a charismatic, kind-hearted, generous, a caring and loving mother who gave her all to her family. She was expressive and a fashionista who loved celebrating various life events. She  will be fondly remembered by her children Fei Ying (husband Nikolaus, child Olivia), Vivian Fei Ling (husband Philippe, child Amadeus), Kenji Tze Yuan (wife Elyse Huey Ru, children Isaac and Heidi) and Fei Sing (husband John Jong Chun)

The memorial and funeral services will be held at Nirvana Memorial Center, Wisma Nirvana Sg. Besi, No. 1, Jalan 1/116A, Off Jalan Sungai Besi, 57100 Kuala Lumpur between 16th-18th February, 2021. .
