No. 8, Jalan Kubah U8/60, 40150 Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, Selangor. 

Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, 29 Nov 2020 at 10am in the family home. 

Cortege thence leaves for Final Rites and Burial at Bliss Gardens Memorial Park, Setia Alam, Selangor.
