Passed away peacefully on 

Wednesday, 4 March 2020. 

Leaving behind beloved Husband, Sons, Daughters,

Sons-in-law, Daughters-in-law, Grandchildren

and a host of relatives & friends.

Funeral service will be held on 6th & 7th March 2020

(Friday & Saturday) from 6pm at Nirvana Memorial

Center (Sungai Besi KL) Jasmine Hall, Parlour 17. 

Funeral cortège will be on 8th March 2020 (Sunday)

at 9am follow by cremation ceremony at 

Nirvana Crematorium in Shah Alam.
