47600, Subang Jaya with Wake Prayers at 8.30pm 

Cortege leaves the abovesaid residence at 9.30am 

on Tuesday, 8th Oct 2019 for Funeral Mass

 at Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Puchong 

at 11am. Cortege thence leaves for 

Final Rites & Cremation at 

Nirvana Crematorium, Sec 21, Shah Alam.
