11th May 2021 (24 days shy of your 60th Birthday on the 4th of June)

Dearest Dev,

You have always sprung surprises. Today you left us without saying

goodbye – not that it would have been any easier even if you did.

Every time in your company, you made us laugh and feel good.

Those jokes, the witty one-liners and your exceptional expressive

facial messages are classic! They are ingrained in our minds

forever. The numerous performances that you had put up in school

(Kungfu fighting, Horror house etc), where you take the role of

the villain and yet end up being the hero of the show is testament

to your artistic skills.

Thank you, Dev, for those precious memories. We love you.
