The wake is at No. 2 Jalan Cantonment, 10350 Georgetown, Penang.
Church Prayers Service will be held on Friday, 13th May 2022 and Saturday, 14th May 2022 at 8.30pm.
Funeral service will be held at the same venue on Sunday, 15th May 2022.
Paying Last Respect at 11.00am followed by funeral service at 1.00pm and thereafter cortege will leave at 2.00pm for cremation at Batu Gantong Crematorium, Penang.

No wreaths by request.
All donations received will be distributed to charitable organisations in memory of Dato’ Dr. Tan Chong Siang.
