Funeral service at Nirvana Center Shah Alam, Taman Perkuburan Seksyen 21, Jalan Pusara 21/1, Off Persiaran Jubilee Perak, 40300 Shah Alam, Selangor. The cortege leaves for the crematorium at 1pm followed by cremation at 2pm.
