Beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, friend, mentor. Ponovelloo J. Rajoo, better known as PJ Rajoo is one of the most magnetic, witty and fascinating people you would meet. It was never a dull moment with him in the room, as he would regale you with stories.
A chilled and relaxed personality, he was not someone to be rattled easily by a problem. Always curious, probing, he was extremely interested in the world around him, and people he met. Thinking two steps ahead, to see how everything is connected. A savvy businessman, he was constantly on the lookout for new opportunities and ventures. Daring, brave, and ready to take on any challenge the world presented.
Those who know him well, would know his happiest moments in recent years were spent nurturing his garden. He created a safe, peaceful space for his grandsons to enjoy, and he would proudly share his produce with loved ones.
Growing up tough, he made his mark around the world. But his proudest achievements, together with wife Jayam, are his daughter, Kavita, and three grandsons – Maureece, Tyreece & Jareece. They are his pride and joy he leaves behind.
Due to COVID-19, the funeral will be a limited affair. Cortege will depart at 11am, 19th September 2020 (Saturday), to Jalan Tun Dr. Ismail (Templer Road) Crematorium Seremban. Well wishes and thoughts are appreciated.
