Funeral service will be held at the residence at the No. 33, Lorong Laksamana 29B, Taman Sentosa, 41200 Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan on Friday, 8th July 2016 at 11am to 2.00pm and thereafter cortege leaves for cremation at 
Nirvana Shah Alam.
