Mdm. Jayalakshmi, daughter of the late Mr Rama Mottaiya Konar and the late Madam Muthu Irulayee of Penang, devoted warrior of a mother, loving grandmother, sister, aunt, counsellor and friend, passed away peacefully at home in Perth, Australia on Thursday, 26th of August 2021.
A great devotee of God and lover of saints, rishis and all things divine, she was always eager and ready to selflessly aid those in need. She dedicatedly served as a teacher in Wellesley Primary School, Penang, and a voice actor for Radio Malaysia in KL, before retiring as a teacher from Batu Caves Tamil School.
A towering personality in many lives, she is very deeply and dearly missed, and forever cherished by her beloved daughter, son-in- law, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, in-laws, relatives, and friends.
Funeral services will be held in Perth on 31st August 2021,
between 10:30am and 12:00 noon.
