Funeral Service will be held at the residence at No. 4, Lorong Awan 8, Kuala Ampang, 68000 Ampang, Selangor on 23 November 2017 @ 12.30pm and thereafter cortege leaves @ 2.00pm for cremation at Cheras Crematorium.
