Passed away peacefully on 8th December 2016.
Funeral service will be held at the residence 787-F, Jalan Emas 2, Taman Kerjasama, Bukit Beruang, Melaka on Friday, 9 Dec 2016 from 9am to 11am thereafter cortege leaves for cremation at Jelutong, Sungai Putat, Melaka Cemetry.
