Wake service on Tuesday, 13th September 2016 and Wednesday, 14th September 2016 at Elim Gospel Hall Sports Complex, No. 6, Jalan Chung Thye Phin, 30250 Ipoh at 8.00pm.
Funeral service will be held at the same venue on Thursday, 15th September 2016 at 10.00am and thereafter cortege leaves for cremation at Bercham Crematorium, Ipoh.
