Wake Service will be held at Nirvana Center Shah Alam, Parlour S3 (Gratitude), Taman Perkuburan, Jalan Pusaka 21/1, Off Persiaran Jubli Perak, Section 21, 40300 Shah Alam, Selangor on Saturday, 26 October 2024 at 8.00pm.
Funeral Service at the same venue on Sunday, 27 October 2024 at 2pm.
Thereafter, the cortege will leave for cremation at Nirvana Crematorium Shah Alam.
The family would like to express their gratitude to his caregivers, doctors, nurses and the hospice care team for their compassion and support.
