No. 1, Jalan 1/116A, Off Jalan Sg. Besi, 57100 Kuala Lumpur.

The Funeral service is on Wednesday, 17th January 2024 at 9:00am.
Cortege leaving for Cheras DBKL Crematorium at 12:00noon.
