Funeral services will be held on Saturday, 16th July 2016 from his residence at No. 1, Jalan Belatuk 1, Bdr Puchong Jaya, 47100 Puchong, Selangor from 11am to 1pm.
Cortege will leave residence thereafter for cremation at Puchong Crematorium (Batu 14).
