Wake service will be held on 25 June 2023 (Sunday), 26 June 2023 (Monday) & 27 June 2023 (Tuesday) at Nirvana Memorial Park Shah Alam (Room S1), Taman Perkuburan Seksyen 21, Jalan Pusaka 21/1, 40300 Shah Alam, Selangor.
Funeral Service will be held at the same venue on 28 June 2023 (Wednesday) at 10 am.
Thereafter cortege leaves for cremation at Nirvana Crematorium, Shah Alam.
