21, Jln Sultan Abdul Samad, Brickfields, 50470 Kuala Lumpur.
Friday, 21 October 2022 at 11.00 am
Followed by final rites at Gui Yuan Crematorium,
Kg Tunku, Petaling Jaya for cremation at 1.30 pm.
