Passed away peacefully on the 27th of July 2022 in London.
She will be missed by her husband, Professor Emeritus Dato’ Visweswaran Navaratnam, her children Vidya and Eeswaran, her children in-law Douglas and Laura and her grandchildren Maya Lakshmi and Ariana Chandra.
Her final rights ceremony and funeral will take place at the family home in London on the 2nd of August 2022.

The family ask that in lieu of flowers or gifts, a donation in her memory be made to a children’s charity of your choice. Datin Chandra believed more than anything that all children have the same potential and should be given equal opportunities.

be remembered for her warmth, kindness and
generosity to everyone around her.
