(Chinese Lunar Year 5th Day of the 5th Moon)
He will be dearly missed, lovingly remembered and forever cherished by all his loved ones.
Godsons, goddaughter-in-law, brothers, sisters-in-law, sisters, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held at the residence at No. 20, Lorong Lampam 3, Seberang Jaya, 13700 Perai, Penang on Saturday, 11th June 2016 at 2.00pm and thereafter cortege leaves for cremation at Berapit Crematorium, Bukit Mertajam, Penang.
