Funeral Service is on 6 Sept 2021 (11am) at No 50 Jalan TK 5/23, 

Taman Kinrara, Seksyen 5, 47100 Puchong, Selangor. 

Thereafter Burial (12pm) at Batu 14 Puchong Christian Cemetery.

 

Due to COVID-19 SOP, attendance is limited to 

close family members only.
