My Mother kept a garden.
A garden of the heart;
She planted all the good things,
That gave my life it's start.
I am my Mother's garden,
I am her legacy.
And I hope today she feels the love,
Reflected back from me.
She was the glue that held together the great story of our family, one that was awash with love and kindness. She never had a bad word for anyone nor ever lacked the time for those in distress. A faithful and caring wife, a devoted and loving mother, a doting grandmother, sister and friend, her life was the splash of inspiration on so many a canvas. A teacher the likes of which will never come again, the passion to educate always burned brightly.
We, her family, would like to thank all relatives and friends for their comforting messages and prayers over the last few months. She fought bravely right till the very end.
Funeral rites were performed on 14th August 2021. Heaven is blessed with an angel of unquestionable virtue today and all we wish to convey is…. till we meet again.
