Wake Service will be held on Wednesday, 

18th May 2016 @ 8.00pm at the residence. 

Funeral Service on Thursday, 19th May 2016 @ 10am at the residence 

thereafter cortege will leave for cremation at MBPJ Crematorium, Jalan 229 

(Kampung Tunku), 47300 P.J.
