Wake held on Tuesday, 20 April 2021 from 8pm onwards at residence, No. 5 Persiaran Papan, Canning Garden, 31400 Ipoh, Perak followed by funeral service on Wednesday, 21 April 2021 at 1pm.
Thereafter, cortege leaves for cremation at Paradise Memorial Park.
