Wake service on Monday, 19 April 2021 at 7pm.

 

Funeral service on Wednesday, 21 April 2021 at 10am, 

followed by Committal service at the crematorium.

 

Our heartfelt gratitude to Dr Manivannan, Dr Imran and the medical team from Beacon Hospital & Dr Tan Li Ping and the medical team from Ara Damansara Medical Centre for the medical care given to my dad.

Heartfelt gratitude also to Boon Ching and Angelina, Kenny and Cheryl, Mary and all other relatives for the loving care given to my dad during his period of illness.
