The funeral services will held at No.52, Jalan BRP 5/5, Bukit Rahman Putra, Seksyen U20, 40160 Shah Alam, Selangor

on 8th September 2020 at 10.30 am,

thereafter cortege will leave for cremation at Kampung Tunku crematorium, PJ at 12.15pm.
