Wake at

family residence at No 1, Jalan Oh Cheng Keat, Ipoh

on February 1-2. 

Funeral service at St Michael's Church Ipoh on February 3 at 11a.m. followed by procession to Bercham Crematorium at 12noon.

All proceeds from the funeral will be donated to the Perak Palliative Care Society (PPCS), an organisation that he devoted so much love and time to.
