Wake services on 11th &12th October 2019 (Friday & Saturday) at 8.30pm at CHIN HOCK CHINESE METHODIST CHURCH, Kampung China, 32000, Sitiawan, Perak Darul Ridzuan.

Funeral service will be held at the same venue on 13th October 2019 (Sunday) at 1.00pm. Cortege will leave for burial at KAMPUNG CINA CHINESE CEMETERY.
