Wake at Gui Yuan Funeral Parlour, Room 6, Jalan 229/51A, Petaling Jaya on Tuesday, 24th September 2019.

Funeral rites will take place at Gui Yuan at 10am on Wednesday, 25th September 2019.

Cremation will take place thereafter at 12 noon at MBPJ crematorium, Kg. Tunku, Petaling Jaya.
