Passed away peacefully on 4th September 2019.
Deeply missed and cherished by Children, Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, In-laws,
Nephews, Nieces, Relatives & Friends.
Anyone who wishes to pay their last respects is welcome to do so at No.22, Jalan SS3/50, 47300, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Funeral will be held on the 7th September 2019 (Saturday), at 9am.
Cortege leaves residence on the 7th September 2019 (Saturday)
at 11am for cremation at Kampung Tunku Crematorium.
